Much more like it today with the trackers suggesting a few - prob because of some decent racing oop north. The tipping here has been so good I'm looking around for some big odds and despite the attraction of 40s about Magical Max in the opener I'll have a stab at
Ruth Carr can be frustrating to tip...i ignored her runner...Magical Effect yesterday and it goes on to win at 9/1 by 10 lengths....Will give her another chance today with Embour 13:50 Donny EW Nap...currently 16/1

I have lost more money on Ruth Carr's Kylie Rules than any other horse in the last few years, she kept showing just enough to tempt me to keep backing her.Luckily for my wallet she seems to have been retired earlier this season.
Just query about the extra furlong to worry about but told no probs

That is good to read. She was withdrawn from the Betfair Sprint cup on Saturday ,I thought it would have been the ground but the Racing Post say it was a vet's certificate. Here's hoping.
I am not sure the legality whereby Sue Magnier is allowed Carte Blanche to use every single direct reference to Caravaggio in naming his sprogs but nobody else apparently can.
She bagged 'The Lute Player' which I saw in The Hermitage in St. Petersburg (oh, look at me!) but isn't a patch on 'The Taking Of Christ ' hanging in Dublin. She only needs to remove 'The' to get it past the nomenclature authorities.
I am napping 'The Lute Player' in the 16.40. Mallow. It should be around 3/1.
Can you have Christ as part of a horse name? I've no idea. I quite like the idea of horses called "Thank Christ" or "For Christ's sake" but haven't seen any. Would make for good commentary.
