No winners reported for Tuesday, though some excellent debate in the forum: good to see. FWIW my first thought on reading the Tatts piece was that it must be a fine business indeed that can afford to pay its suppliers before its customers pay their bills.
If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
Alan, would you kindly send me your address? steeplechasing@icloud.com
Elegant charm won 6 to 4 as noted by gforce
Elegant Charm wins 6/4
Here we go again, yet another anti racing article on the G from Aussie.
Base Note won at 3/1
Must be the 2 horse box in use today. Doyler has reappeared from Meydan and has 1 ride and his bosses' only runners are both in the same race.
Kemp 1930 Elegant Charm
Spare a thought for stable staff. Ours were out with the first lot as dawn broke over Salisbury Plain in torrential rain yesterday. By 10.00 am 3rd lot the water was running off the hill gallop like a river. 2 more lots in driving rain and wind after a cuppa.
The majority of the staff are young girls and they work non stop without moaning and the banter is great.
Same conditions today.
Then I read about those poor train drivers.
Kardinya. Lingfield 3.45.
I did put up Raddon Top yesterday Joe 👍
Difficult to work up any enthusiasm today, although I guess a Rhubarb Bikini does have some attraction! I’m on a desperate run and would like to Fast Forward to the end of the month. That’s the selection in the 17.30 at Kempton.
Base Note 2.15L nap
Wot, no Leicester?
It will have to be a cheeky double at Pau then, champion jockey James Reveley continuing his rewarding association with Daniela Mele in the 2.05 and 2.40.
There's always interesting racing on somewhere on this planet, as highlighted in this nice column today from Chris Cook.
Storm Melody 14:45 Ling EW Nap
On the face of it not a day when many will decide to take an interest in horse racing for the first time. I'll have a late nap - Elegant Charm 19.30 Kempton.
2.45 Lingfield - Mick’s Spirit
Free solo 1.15L.
I will follow Highflying in with Masqool for todays nap.
Masqool - 12.45 Lingfield
A decent article from back in the day;

I think it was 50 posts yesterday none of which was gibberish aside from myself.
I am going for the great man on the Card at Kempton with multiples.
Wrong Place, Wrong Time at Ballydoyle with family inside connections counterproductive and assigned as 1st Jockey to a bag of Neuroses Trainer at the age of just 19 or 20.
Can any of us survive that?
I know it is silly to ride any Horse the same way and mostly it doesn't work for J.Spencer but he clearly enjoys turning up for work and Stables must reciprocate that sentiment.
My nap is Kingston Joy who I think will make a last minute dash in the last 5 yards to win at 6/1. Kempton. 19.00.
