Three profitable naps on Monday - well done. Here is the current position on totals too. If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
There's a trainer based in France called S. Jesus who had a runner at St Cloud today. On the ATR site the trainer is listed as plain old Jesus. Does miracles with other people's castoffs?
I don't know why the Hexham bumper has become the race of the day for me (not very strong competition for that title). If PTP form means anything then Nicky Richards' horse Clovis Island wins this. He ran a head second to Ask Anything at Loughbrickland, running a fair number for a maiden point. That horse then went to Gavin Cromwell and over Christmas ran a fine fifth in a warm bumper at Leopardstown won by none other than Fact To File who has twice been bridesmaid to the brilliant A Dream To Share.
The two runners in the opening race at Hexham sensibly took their time - quite a lot of time. The winner ran an astonishing 1min 9sec over standard. The following 3m chase was nearly 1min 17 over. Good thing last week's four-miler isn't on today's card - it would take quarter of an hour. The Frankel horse in the bumper will be shaking in his racing plates.
Charlie's Numbers, poor thing. By Frankel out of a Sea The Stars mare, first time he sees a racecourse after six hours on the lorry is a five-runner bumper on a wet Tuesday at heavy heavy Hexham. Life wasn't meant to be like this. He could win two and a bit grand for his owners who have probably laid out 150 grand on him so far.
I'm shocked Harry. Reads like you don't think so much of High Yarridge. I would have expected 'no finer place to start out'. Beautiful setting. Friendly. Not too busy. Not many in opposition. One can only project a happy start to his racing career. Who knows, a prospect for next season's Champion Bumper?
I love it up there when it's heavy underfoot and there's horizontal sleety rain. I just feel a bit sorry for the posh blighter coming up from Newmarket for the worst day out in his young life. And having to gallop for two miles when he's bred for ten furlongs. The shame!
Struggling today, the tracker is on silent - it'll be on empty soon as I've vowed to delete everything after Aintree. A toss up then between Billian, mugged 3 runs back, looked likely to pass the winner the last twice just failing prob making PK tear out what's left of his hair and
Nap Wolves 1900 Shades of Summer
so I'm hoping for 1 all in the championship challenge to Muscott. Rossa is 8 behind and Stott 3. They have until finals day on 7th April

Charlie's Numbers on coming back in after finishing last in the Hexham bumper: "To quote Graham Taylor, Do I not like that."
Joe, much as I'd like to be on 330 points, I believe it is in fact 230 (2 winners at 11/1 and 10/1 respectively.

Golan Cloud hex 15.45
8.30 Wolverhampton - Red Walls
Nearing the end of the month and in a hopless position = class 6 sprint at Wolverhampton.
Diamond State - 16.15 Hexham
Great to see I am still above the relegation zone.
I don't want to get in to a play-off with the Championship Contenders.
I don't know who they are but I bet they are lean, mean and hungry.
I am going Qoya e.w. in the 14.00 at Huntingdon.
I just want the place money.
