Gaz and Gforce still carrying on their recent jousting, each napping a Monday winner - well done.If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
Ragamuffin won at Newton Abbot. 18.10. Priced at 2/1.
Star Player won at 11/4 (just)
Kimifive 4.20 Epsom won SP 9/4.I backed him EW yesterday over the same CD @ 10/1 and he finished 6th.He was 7/1 this morning when I napped him,did not back him and missed the price so let him go unbacked.I hoped as I aged I might get a bit wiser no such luck.
Autumn festival won 8/11 only, not brilliant but expected shorter tbh...
Mark's Choice won at 2s
and probably earned himself another wind op!
Good Regal in the 15:10 at Ripon.
3.40 Ripon - Like A Lion
I'm with Joe re: Like A Lion. At this stage of the month & after my appalling start, the predicted SP of 40/1 is more of a virtue than a worry. If it obliges the horse shouldn't be drug tested, but I reckon myself & Joe should be.
Star Player 1.40 Epsom nap
Not a big price, but will double it with City Spirit in 2.50
Ragamuffin. 18.10. Newton Abbot.
i had a wee list of possibles today - not a typical Tuesday where its usually a hopeful punt and hope for the best in the Evening football games, My football picking is worse than my horses tho..... ive seen myself pick a treble and also bet the 3 opposite results for small stake. The opposites come up as often as the originals.
That's football for you.
I'll land on Chinese Spirit tonight at Carlisle 6.50 for the nap.
Chadlington Lad - 16.30 Newton Abbot
Bit of a shortie today
Nap Ripon 1540 Marks Choice
What's not to like? Ripon a 2nd home, in form, decent rating.
One thing that did make me prop was the 5, yes five, notes that he'd had wind surgery. Now I know this could cover a host of problems but can one of our better unformed community enlighten me as to whether or not its unusual etc
Kimifive 4.20 Epsom is the nap, well done yesterdays winners.
Loved Out - 18.40 Newton Abbot
Autumn festival 4.00Ch. V short & quick selection this morning as going into the office....
Like a Lion (3.40) and Merlin's Gold (4.45) look potential dark horses to me. I think at their prices - 28/1 and 14/1 - with Skybet to extra places - EW singles and doubles would be a worthwhile risk.
