July Naps Table Result
Another superb performance by Jakebuckfast with total returns of £735. Runner up was Leo on £440 with David and Gforce sharing 3rd on £306.25. Well done all.
Feel free to check my counting and give me a shout if anything looks wrong.
I'd be interested in the methods everyone uses to select their daily nap?
In the meantime, huge congratulations to Jake for a stunning return on the month.

Ferrari Prince won at 4 to 9. Was always going yo be short but a rushed nap.
The Antarctic won the 13.18. Deauville at 6/4.
Thanks for all the kind comments, I am due a couple of barren months now.Captain Corcoran 4.45 Catterick is the nap.Well done David with yesterdays winner
Well done Jake. Brilliant stuff,.

Fantastic stuff from Jake and the other leaders in July.
Nap today is Good Guess at Deauville in the 13:18.
One day I hope to go to Deauville and sample some of the cakes, pastries and buns that @Dilton has spoken so highly of.

Nap 1500 FfLl Pope Gtregory
Congrats Jale. Awesome stuff !
Let's see if a 2 week holiday in Croatia recharges my battery.
Orin Swift. Ffos Las 1.25.
Barbill EW 7.50K
The usual Class 5&6 dross early in the week, so I went to the best race I could find on these shores... The top two look interesting but quite short. I backed Nationwide in the Skybet dash at York and maybe the GF wasn't in his favour, but it was a disappointing run. Prop Forward ran very well back in Jan after being gelded, over 5f, but hasn't run since then and it's enough to put me off a short price.
Barbill has been off almost a year, so bit of a punt, he was below par most of the season but hoping the break has him right now. The standout bit of form last year, is his first run of the year at Kempton- 2nd to Great Ambassador, and also ran very well first time out the year before. Some money for him, decent trainer (bit out of form) and decent jockey. No good for naps comp, but you can get 4 places in this 11 runner contest.
Summary of my thought process... now it will be last!.
Kempton 6.20 Ferrari queen.
Well done to Jake. I can visualise him now with that cup graphic as his screen saver, holding it high above his head. The rest of us carry on dreaming, so many months of hurt!
I began August with a non-runner so I’m already doing better than this time last month. The horse carrying my hard earned today will be running when I’m tucked up in bed. It’s Conquering in the last race at Kempton.
2.33 Deaville - Pearls Galore (each way)
Congratulations to Jake. Although I managed to finish second (like quite a number of last month's selections), Jake was in another postcode by the time I crawled over the line.
Despite being drawn on the wrong side, I thought Matilda Piccotte ran well at Naas yesterday. This speedball could be group class over a minimum 5f next season.
Well Done again Jake - that's a superb month! And a lovely Cup Graphic from Joe too! We all want one of those!
Hoping that Genuflex for Milton, after a decent rest can finish in the top 3 at Ffos Las 13:25 EW Nap and do me a favour.
Well done Jake with £735 and to the runners up....would be be great if someone could break the £1000 mark...and once again, a big THANK YOU to Joe for the time and effort in compiling the results.
Astonishing stuff from the Leading Protagonists.
Joe asks about methods but there cannot be anything less than diabolical to skew profit to that extent.
My favourite motif in painting is the subject matter of 'The Last Judgement'.
Medieval Painters like Hieronymus Bosch (my all time fav.) had a riot of time painting the bottom right corner and showed little interest in the top left corner and probably gave that task to a minion.
I think the top guys on this Forum need to forego earthly pleasures and join a Monastic Order preferably one involving self-flagellation. You need to repent as you do not want to be Chatacters in the bottom right hand corner of a 'Last Judgement' painting.
The Antarctic. 13.18. Deauville.
Both Ballydoyle Runners are pretty short and poor value. A very soft looking Rothschild.
At least The aa
David kicks off August with a winner - well done.
If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
