Well done Pebbles, David, and Gforce on yesterday's winners. If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
Came across this when looking at the Cesarewith, so a kind of random 'discovery', but it reminded me of my post on going preferences a week or so back. Have a look at this fella's consistency whatever the ground (sorted by top Racing Post Rating). I quite fancy him for Saturday: Temporize.

David's pick The Waiting Game won at 9/4 a good sub!
Hmm, not surprised or totally convinced by Dettori's decision to not reitre! It felt like he'd been touting for a lucrative option, and big bucks abroad. I think he's been great for racing and wish him all the best, but it's smelt more like a farewell to Europe than the saddle all together. A great jockey and when he's been going so well, why the hellnot :)
My each way selection, Champagne Sarah, finished 3rd at 18/1.
The Waiting gane won at 9 to 4. Just held on .
David Garrick won the 16.45
Curragh. 10/1. e.w.
An eye-catching run, but no cigar.
NAP Merisi Diamond, 3.00 The Curragh.
Velvet Crush in the 18:00 at Chelmsford.
Curragh 1.50. I'll take a chance on Aidens newcomer Agenda, whose dam had group winning form on soft.
On that stable. I do think Henry Adams is way overpriced at 66/1 for Saturdays Dewhurst.
i seem unable to pick 2 winners in a row at the minute so having scored yesterday todays nap of Imperial Jade in the Worcester 17.20 starts at a disadvantage. It has the liikeable Lily Pinchin up so fingers crossed.
Imperial Jade - 17.20 Worcester
Uggy building up for his next run on the 27th .
Nibras Gold 5.10E nap
Space voyage 1.55W.
Let's see if Hollie Doyle can help Ruth Carr out
Hostery 18:00 Chelmsford Nap
David Garrick. e.w. 16.45. Curragh.
Hope he acts the part.
Flamenco De Kerser 4.00 Exeter is the nap.Well done yesterdays winners.
Nobody will remember I put Temporize up for Goodwood after which his trainer said Ces next and he was then entered for an earlier race (sorry forgotten) but was pulled as the going was too firm (my recollection) so I reckon its hold you bets until we see what God does. 10mm overnight has only turned the ground from good to firm to good in places, but another 15mm is forecast overnight. Should the going get soft then, like Joe states, he should be worth a bet when numerous places are on offer. Being an ex Always Trying inmate he will be as strong as an ox.
Tracker says Lady Adair today but that's up against a Murphy horse with future champ up and has been backed so
Nap Chelms 1730 Leadenhall
for the Ralph and Rossa combo (we're well into first names now)
I looked at today's cards last night and picked out a few I liked the look of. Every one of them has drifted markedly this morning. What's the opposite of The Midas Touch?!
Champagne Sarah (ew) - 18.30 Chelmsford. Was going to be win only but currently out to 20/1 from 7/1. See what I mean!
Ayr 3.55 – Admiral D
I was at Punchestown yesterday. I grew up just down the road from the track and for a long time I used to meet up with a group of old friends for the October meeting. Everyone has long since scattered to earth’s four corners and a couple have left earth altogether. I didn’t recognise anyone in the upstairs bar, nor did any of the local farmers approach me in the pre-parade ring asking about the price of hay. A good day all the same mind - financially poorer, but richer in spirit.
