Back home from UK and ready for The Grey Lad to win at Killarney in the 18:00.
Having spent most of my time in Felixstowe during my trip to England clearing out my mother's flat, I realized that although I never considered her a hoarder. I cleared out about a ton in weight of stuff to the local dump and various charity shops. I would urge any aging people here, or have aged parents to clear as much as possible in small loads now rather than wait. Far easier and less stressful. Because of my hard work I failed to get to the races at Yarmouth or Newmarket.
Jake disappearing over the horizon! Well done Sir!
Aother no bet day for me today, so just for the comp I'll
Nap Epsom 1840 Courageous Knight
which is hardly a brave selection is it?
I'm being distracted by other sports. The TdF is super and the Open tees off - I'm going to own up to backing 5 to win so far. If you can get a final round contender its like slow motion death by stiletto, well it is for me as I've backed Zalatoris in the last 2 majors........to be continued?
I know this is a Horse Racing Forum but I do feel obliged to pass on inside information about a sport I have no interest in.
In the Open Championship Golf which starts today I have a friend who knows Ronan Mullarney well and says 12/1 to finish in the top 30 is a fantastic bet.
Courageous Knight won 11/8
Crypto Quest won 5/2
Patrick Sarsfield. Leopardstown 7.2
In honour of Bastille Day, Jean Baptiste won at 5/2
NAP EW Nevrquiteasitseems, 5.00 Cill Airne for Tommy Cooper and young Bryan (they owe me one, big time!!).
Vive la france!

I forgot to wish everyone on this Forum a happy Bastille Day.
It is curious that APOB is fieding nothing despite his copyright and has a few types who would normally win this Race.
I have caught Piz Badile on the drift
I think with Jakes fine form we all have to look for a far priced winner.
