The foaling season will soon be upon us ,here is a picture of the Syndicates Northern Symphonie with her mum taken shortly after she was born at the stud.
Staff work incredibly long hours on the studs ,sitting up at night watching and waiting after a mares waxed up with a birth imminent was not my favourite way of spending an evening and early morning.
After the event though it was worthwhile watching those first steps by mums side to suckle.
Checkitout is the ew nap, in the 2.10 at Ffos Las. 28/1 ( bet 365 ), looks big to me.
