We could muster only a place return on Saturday courtesy of David - well done. If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
I think Whitebeam @Longchamp is the best bet today but for comp
Nap Limerick 1535 Max Flamingo
I heard some chirping on tv yesterday about Lissen having far fewer runners over here this year and got the inference his stable was a bit below par in the juveniles. Having the likes of Little Big Bear and Auguste Rodin in there he looks to have the male classics covered. I was a bit sceptical about Rodin yesterday but that was a really impressive run. Hope EGS got his triple crown bet on.
Auguste Rodin was impressive, not sure what it was like on clock but given the going yesterday may not be as telling as it could be. EGS managed to praise it, recount his AP bets and then not nap it - impressive stuff :-)
Future Scholars may use X-Ray Techniques to show my nap was always the Donnacha trained Horse at St.Cloud who won one of the 2yo G1s yesterday.
I doodled over it with a Bolger Horse.
I think Donnacha is my favourite of the Clan. I knew he had to have a G1 Winner this and every year.
His Horses like yesterday seem to regard it as a School Sports day out. Like an egg and spoon Race.
That winner will be competitive next year and I liked to hear the Trainer refer to overseas travel at this stage rather than beating Horses up to be 5th in G1s in prestigious European Races in the 3yo Calendar and before you know it they are now aged five and once upon a time came 5th in the St. James's Palace Stakes.
I think the Prix Royal-Oak at ParisLongchamp is the Race of the day and it looks interesting but only God knows what will happen there.
I am staying closer to home for My nap.
In the 14.35 at Leopardstown I see Cyclamen is running and whilst they will always be scarier than the Daleks I am going for the 15.45 with Emily Dickinson.
APOB will not put her away for the year unless she regains the winning habit and even then she must still be Santa Anita bound
EGS, I have no memories of the Doctor Who villain's The Cyclamen, but I do remember The Cybermen. Maybe you've had a Thatcherite nightmare of lots of Norman Tebbit's on bikes.
Natural Power 8.08 keenland.
Emily Dickinson. 15.45. Curragh. 5/2.
Jonathan,
Does getting on your bike really help you find work?
In the Classical neo-realist Film 'The Bicycle Thief' it did indeed play an important role for the prospects of of the protagonist.
Maybe Norman Tebbit watched too many films
Kinondo Kwetu won (again) at 15/8.
Nap - Limerick 4.45 - Galon De Vauzelle
I wouldn't get carried away by Auguste Rodin,he's slow as a boat on what he's ran to so far and beaten nothing any good either.
My nap is Captain Tom Cat in the 2.40
Hitman for PN at Aintree, 14.40
Walking on glass ew 3.35 ew limerick.

I'm away for last week of October, so need a big priced winner:
Coko Beach 3.35L for the win!
Given that earlier in the month I said this horse should be followed until beaten, I feel obliged to once again select Kinondo Kwetu (16.30 Aintree).
