The Warwick bumper has a small field but it looks very competitive. It's not a betting race for me but I will be watching Ernest Gray with interest. A PTP bumper winner for Colin Bowe, he is the first foal of a lovely mare called Emily Gray who won four races for Kim Bailey including at Listed level and then went back home to her breeder after her career on the track. He was well schooled over hurdles but met with a setback last autumn and his novice hurdles campaign is being held over till next season. The dam stayed 20f+ very well so he will see this race out well today.
final declarations for Tuesday now up on the Sporting Life website. No major surprises in the graded races but Frodon' participation in the Ultima suddenly makes a whole host of horses look well handicaped. Corach Rambler off 10-2 catches the eye.
Hyland landed the nap at 11/4.
Just when Brian was running out of time to bag his daily winner, he turns over the odds-on jolly. He's the most driven jockey since the McCoy era.
Volcano absolutely lavas them - 4/1
Ailie Rose placed at 11/1
Woukdubewell wins at evens for nap
Antunes won at 13/2 (bigger than I expected)
A late post but Franco de Port. 16.40. Naas.
I am not cheating as it is still almost an hour away and even it was run an hour after my post I would still nap the wrong Horse
Cuban Pete in the 1555 @ Warwick for an EW NAP.
