Alan had the only Saturday return with one placed at 18/1. Looks like EGS forgot to put EW on his, which ran well too at a big price. If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
I see there have been a few more problems wth comments. I am looking at alternatives and will test a couple next week. If one looks okay, I think we shall just take the hit and leave this (Wix) platform for WordPress, whose support is so much better. I don't know if I'll be able to migrate all the content from this forum, but at the least I will copy by hand the records of those who have won past monthly competitions. Apologies for all the hassle - it's a pain in the arse.

2 good rides from Brad and Harry but the plaudits must go to Alimanas lad Adam who has done all the work on her at home and looks after her so well. She's not easy and she's trained on the round gallop on her own mostly.
Nadim won 2/1.
The Guardian's horseracing heading today contains an obituary from film criticism (why narrow one's horizon?) and I am grateful as it deserves plaudits - though it may not please some - an obituary on Derek Malcolm, a great film critic and a failed steeplechase jockey. However, it is the other details about his life, though, which are to me fascinating and somewhat incredible, as unrelated to horseracing as you can possibly get. For example, his father murdered his mother's lover and was acquitted (quite wrongly)...etc. He found out when he was 16. Sometimes life is stranger than fiction.

I did indeed not specify e.w. even though I have been napping Tai Sing Yeh e.w. all year.
That could prove the single critical turning point in my failure to win this month's competition.

Very week looking Papin that was once G1.
I am going for Quantanamera in the 15.25. Win only.

I can forgive any horse a mistake at Cartmel as some of the fences on sticky toffee pudding side are 'interesting'.
Unbalanced is the right word, ridiculous. I've backed just 2 horses today, both napped already by Alan & pebbles. Nadim 2.15S, sorry Alan...
Struggling to remember a more unbalanced weekend of horse racing in this country.🤔
