Well done Alan and David, the only Saturday returns I've seen so far. If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
An early strike when this month's competition looked a bit slow.
I simply don't trust the Stallion line of LBB.
Johannesburg,/Scat Daddy/No Nay Never achieved nothing at 3 and only Justify can claim anything at that age.
They tend to be huge 2 yos and Ryan Moore mentioned "scope".
But flat track 2yo Bullies do not always fill in their frame and get overtaken by slower developers.
I think Ballydoyle will make a big decision on him for his next Race.
There is the Nunthorpe on the 19th and VOB National on the 20th.
I think they must have more progressive types like Auguste Rodin and Denmark to take in the later G1s.
Perhaps LBB will take in the Nunthorpe which might not take much winning or wait for the Middle Park.
He will probably be crowned Champion 2yo and continue the cycle of precocious Sires of 2yos but I am way more interested in what's to come as contenders for next year's Classics.
It is a confusing name as he is not by Kodiac Bear as with every other Horse in Training with Bear in its name.
My only tracker horse running today is King Tiger which I added a couple of years ago. Unfortunately this King Tiger is a different horse completely and is running in a Harness Race (Allied Express Couriers Bankstown Derby Prelude)somewhere in Australia.
Don't really know what to make of Little Big Bear yesterday, too impressive for words. Things didn't go right for Bradsell but I still don't think he'd have got close to LBB if they had. Licking my wounds a bit and wondering whether 5s for the 2000 Gs on LBB represents value to get my £s back.
If Queen Animatu's last listed race can be taken that the winner ran to around 100, then her performance would be about 90 and as she's off 82 today she could be well in with no real highly rated ones against. However, as EGS notes below, todays big race is in France and I'll take a chance on
Deauville 1455 Nap Highfield Princess
hoping she can use the extra 100 yds to find the 1.5l she was behind Naval Crown and 10s to 5 places is tempting
My NAP Uhtred wins the 3.00 Downpatrick at 4/1.......................................
17.15 Haydock - Rich King
Harrogate 3.45
Highfield Princess made me happy winning at 10s
NAP Uhtred 3.00 Downpatrick, a tad short at 3/1 but..................
Relentless Voyager. Windsor 4.10

Nap is Artorius (AUS) in the 14:55 at Deauville.

Saturday nap Nations Pride wins at 2.1 to 1
Today is okay but Monday and Tuesday is horrific for someone of my sensibilities.
I think Joseph will finally land a Saratoga Race and I will have a bet on Stay Lost in the 20. 55 Saratoga.
However my nap has to be in the only G1 in Europe running today as I was taught to work from top down.
Jamie Spencer. Artorius. 14.55. Deauville is my nap.
