Poor fayre on a Saturday.
I must say, what a magnificent looking horse The Astrologer is.
making his own running at a sedate pace over 7f, probably not ideal. A strongly run 6 would make him interesting.
Nomadic Empire placed 3rd at 20/1
I think it wise to keep on the right side of Ryan Moore at Haydock today. Also J.Harrington's Runner at Auteuil. Also Appleby at Belmont Park. My nap is at 21.32 at Belmont Park. Go Bears Go. e.w.

I was most taken with his debut where he was seemingly struggling after a couple of furlongs but then got the hang of things and scooted clear. He may not have beaten much but the stiff 5f today should suit given I recall his jockey taking another 3f to pull him up. KB appears to have some very good 2yos and I’m hopeful this is another.
PS. I’m slightly reluctant to share these thoughts as when I’ve done so previously you can guess what happened!
