Naps Table Update
On behalf of us all, we rivals of Jakebuckfast, Jonathan Dawe hauled himself off the canvas on Friday and hit Jake with what's known in the trade as the Tommaso (11/2) Jab. Jake didn't flinch, he just whacked us with a Raffles Gitaine (7/1) uppercut. Well done both fighters.
If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
I suspect the accumulative prices of all of Saturday's naps here will break the calculator as we all try to find a way back into the ring.
Good luck all
Joe
Champion bumper next for Mullenbeg, still loads to come .
The only horse running today in my tracker? Windsor Avenue. Did I nap it or back it? No!
Why did I pick today to desert my old friend Paisley Park? Gah.
Torn and frayed wins at 5 to 1 for the nap
Canelo in 3.20D is my NAP - partly influenced by my watching The Sopranos and them endlessly eating cannolis!
Galahad Quest in the 13:55 at Cheltenham is my nap.
I thought Dai Burchell had retired yet Akkapenko lines up under his name in the last at Uttoxeter today. Has good course form and on a decent mark.
Bumper card at Cheltenham, some open betting heats. Torn and frayed in the 13.55 is the nap.
Jacamar 13:55 Chelt is the nap
The dart has fallen on
Nap 1520 Donnny Rocco win
My small ew @33s has clearly frightened the bookies. I'll back another couple and like Joe I admire Midnight Shadow and the trainer with this type of horse so that'll be one.
Let’s get the pain over early! Black Ebony - 12.25 Doncaster (nap). Jake’s form has left us chasing rainbows.
Nap is Janika in the Skybet. A few reasons why it could win, more reasons why it won't! Running off 141 today, including claim, so undoubtedly well-handicapped and step up to 3miles may suit. Around 20-1 with sponsors to 6 places.
NAP SANTINI 2.30 Cheltenham.
Cronk Y Knox 4.08 Uttoxeter is the nap, well done Jonathon.
Creative control 12.25D.
I think cloudy Glen (Doncaster, 15:20) has decent e/w claims (skybet paying 6 places), however I shall nap for the win. Good luck all.
Hill Sixteen Cheltenham 15.40 on the nose for the competition.. The ‘hard earned‘ goes elsewhere.
I meant to say, Midnight Shadow's a value price at 12/1 EW to 6 places in The Skybet Chase. Better than ever this season, he should get into a rhythm here and I'm confident he'll stay the trip. Solid EW.
Needs must when the devil drives, so I shall rely on a very unreliable horse, Lisnagar Oscar 3.05 for my nap. He's inconsistent these days but has never run a poor race at Cheltenham, and cheekpieces are back on. That's the thinking, anyway, though the main reason is that he is currently around the 25/1 mark.
Good luck.
