I talked about going with my gut recently and thinking Morrocco and Croatia were too big on the exchanges at 54-1. I didn't bet either, but could be laying them now at 12-1 and 10-1, obvious after timing....
The best thing though, is that Morocco thoroughly deserved that, and their support is amazing. I don't care I missed opportunities, because my enjoyment is in the performance.
New Whip Rules: Nico de Boinville says: ""For a long time we have been quiet in there and allowed people to speak for us, but now we are ready to speak up and have our voices heard." (Racing Post)
What does this mean? The Whip Steering group "included two leading, current jockeys [Tom Scudamore and PJ McDonald]." (Guardian) If you have reps my view is that you have stick with them. Old fashioned perhaps, but otherwise it's a free-for-all and having reps is pointless.
All of this whip thing is just PR. If proper penalties were brought in to hit the butchers hard ( and in the game we know who they are ) then this backhand nonesense would not be needed. It's very hard to do .
The timing is just ridiculous as well. Problem is we live in a country with a complete disconnect with no knowledge of animals in general driven by wet necks with the people at the BHA just caving in.
On that theme I would have decked Griezmann and Hernandez with dead legs to protect my players and taken out that incompetent ref accidentally on purpose at the first opportunity. Exactly how many times do you allow Saka and Bellingham to get hit from behind.
As for VAR ,complete waste of time.
As for Southgate ,he might be very nice and all of that taking the knee stuff but taking Saka off ,putting Stirling on ahead of Grealish then putting the latter on with a milli second to go just sums him up.
Give the job to Howe who might look nice but who is a complete harsh bastard who does what it takes to win. Attack ,with width and play at pace , not at a snail's pace from the back.

I don't think this off topic.
Manuel Neuer is out for a year for fracturing his leg in a a skiing accident.
No doubt there will be severe breach of contract penalties.
Imagine what the repercussions would be for Ryan Moore?
What are people thinking?
It would be a straight disciplinary hearing for me and my work requirements involve no athletisism aside from clutch and pedal in my Car.
Imagine if Ryan Moore fractured his Tibia in a Skiing Acciident.
Imagine the look on the Faces of APOB and John Magnier.
