Friday winners for Jake and David (12/1 cracker) - well done both. Let me know if I've missed anything.

I'll be at York today with 200 other Race Share owners, having spent £42 a couple of months ago to buy a breadcrumb in Scampi. Race Share have this microshare syndication nailed. Cheap, brilliantly organised with great communication and enthusiasm. For today they've arranged a private room for us Scampi folk, and County Stand badges at £37.50 - half price with a £2 saving on Scampi and chips at a food outlet.
Am not so sure Scampi will enjoy weaving through traffic and I suspect his best chance is being brought wide with a sustained run. But he's tough and improving. His dam won over the trip.
Good luck
Joe
Couer D'or won at 8/1
Opera Singer won the 16.40. Curragh at 1/1 which will have Jake shaking in his Boots.
Very frustrating day for me as it was the first time I have not backed Summerghand in at least 5 years and I gave AP dockets on Denmark for this year's Derby as Xmas presents at 50/1 and he got placed at York at a tasty 10/1 when I deserted him.
NAP Get Shirty 3.35 York.
Curragh 6.10 - No More Porter
NAP Elegant Madame 2.05 Goodwood. NR, back later with one that will run!!
Cemhaan in the Ebor, will bet EW but nap to win for competition. As ever its a cracker of a race with a case to be made for most of them to place anyway. Sweet William obvious faviourite but 3s is short......
Plenty of previous winners & trackers running today, but there's only one possible race to use the nap.
Ocean Wind ew in the 15:35 at York.
I WILL put Sweet William up again. Nap 15.35 Yk
Innse Gall - 5.20 York
"Small fish are the sweetest". :-)
Gale Force Maya 4.10Y nap
Saturdays cards give me brain fatigue and the more I look at them the more I change my mind...settled on Mum Tipple 16:10 York Nap.
Enjoy the day Joe.
A couple of nice selections on here yesterday and it was good to see that Jake also gets 'normal' priced winners sometimes!😉 However, GForce was notable by his absence yesterday. I hope he didn't max out on Highfield Princess!
A couple of weeks ago I was pretty convinced Sweet William would win the Ebor. He still might but the price is now far too short for such a competitive race so for today's selection I'll stick with the horse that literally made my day at Goodwood three weeks ago. The Goat in the 14.25 at York.
Captain Kane - 16.55 Goodwood
If ,and its a big if , Scriptwriter gets a clear run through he won't be far away today. Hes the best weve had him since his Cheltenham run .
He's then off to Australia as he's been bought to run in the Melbourne Cup.
A word on Fontwell.
Why the COC saw fit to keep watering causing the declared good ground to change to soft was bad enough , not supervising the course team during Uggys race was just sheer incompetence.
Expecting the runners going full lick to change course and get through a narrow gap on the turn at the 3rd last was just ridiculous.
To then ban Beau Morgan for 9 days for holding his line there was a bloody disgrace.
How Uggy didn't get his legs broke ill never know when he was knocked back to last .
In the circumstances he's ran really well to finish 4th and at least he's come home relatively unscathed .
The race was still the fastest of the night.
Treat yourself to one of Ged Bell's pies, Joe. Puts the nearby scampi stall to shame.
Opera Singer. 16.40. Curragh
Have a great day out, Joe. Best of luck to Scampi.
3pm york Olivia maralda
Emaraaty Ana 3.55 Newmarket is the nap, well done yesterday David.
I hope Scampi brings home the bacon for you Joe.
