The Caltonian won at 4/6. Wasnt that this moring but 3 non runners.. won like at 1 to 6 shot to be honest.

This is the only one in the tracker today. I reckon Spoof has a chance but it’s heavy at Windsor and given that I’ve never knowingly selected a winner at the track, I’ll stick with this one.

Chris Cook opened up an old wound in his Racing Post column today. Back at the 2009 Festival I was in a bit of trouble with Medermit and Kalahari King getting turned over, so I decided to go chasing on Maljimar. I went down by the finishing line and watched in agony as Wichita Lineman clawed back the deficit. It felt as though everyone in the crowd had back McCoy’s mount. 50,000 in attendance and I’ve never felt so lonely on a racetrack.
