This is the only one in the tracker today. I reckon Spoof has a chance but it’s heavy at Windsor and given that I’ve never knowingly selected a winner at the track, I’ll stick with this one.
Chris Cook opened up an old wound in his Racing Post column today. Back at the 2009 Festival I was in a bit of trouble with Medermit and Kalahari King getting turned over, so I decided to go chasing on Maljimar. I went down by the finishing line and watched in agony as Wichita Lineman clawed back the deficit. It felt as though everyone in the crowd had back McCoy’s mount. 50,000 in attendance and I’ve never felt so lonely on a racetrack.  Â
There is an episode in Ripping Yarns which is Michael Palin's best post Python work (I hate Travelogue) where his Northern Team from a Pit-Mining district lose every Saturday at 3pm ko and he comes home and smashes every piece of furniture in the House.
Best of luck to Uggy, but in treacherous fashion, I'll take an ew chance on For Pleasure. We'll see if the wind op has any effect on a horse who was 3rd in a Supreme running off 114.
My nap Western Soldier won the 14.15 at Plumpton at 4/5.
Uggy reaps some prize money and retutns safe.
Sacre Coeur won at 15/8.
The Caltonian won at 4/6. Wasnt that this moring but 3 non runners.. won like at 1 to 6 shot to be honest.
Bit of navel gazing today. I ignored Tilt at Windmills when he won at 16s so why take 9/4 about a 48 horse today? The others are too short so
Nap Plump 1540 Lord Baddesley
who never seems to run a bad race.
Good luck to team Uggy!

NAP Deal Em High, 3.15 Plumpton.
Wishing Uggy and connections the very best for today. May he run well and come home safe.
Good luck to the lads today, and hoping along with my hard earned money that Uggy X3 enjoys himself and comes home safe.

Uggy obviously of most interest today - for the nap i'll take The Caltonian at Wolverhampton 15.35
Best of luck to Uggy, but in treacherous fashion, I'll take an ew chance on For Pleasure. We'll see if the wind op has any effect on a horse who was 3rd in a Supreme running off 114.

Sacre Coeur - 15.45 Plumpton
Hello again on another Monday Morning. I have come to realise in recent years that there are times when there is only one word to express my faith.
Ooh oh.
I am thinking the MF Harris in the 14.15 opener at Plumpton called Western Soldier at 13/8 should be my nap
It is called the Trottendon Sussex Cattle Novices' Hurdle and anytime I see that on the menu I order it even though I hate Steak.
