Makanah got me off the cold list at a short 5/4
just about the shortest odds on the naps list and prob won by the smallest margin. 5f and 1 yd which I reckon was crucial!

Water Nymph with a beautiful pedigree is my preferred option in the 13.20 at Killarney around 7/1.
I need a massive winner at some point as the October Competition looks to me like Hell has arisen.
I was going longer for Great Blasket at 40/1 as my nap in the same Race as it is not far from Killarney.
However I feel the need to keep the Scoreboard ticking over at low level and my nap is Clemmie C. 13.50. Killarney.
Her Sire is having a remarkable season.
I am not sure how many variations on Winston Churchill's Wife you are allowed in naming a Horse but my Betslip says Clemmie C.
