EGS is clearly trying to goad us into picking no hoper outsiders (not that I need goading) and I nearly picked Glen Cove, but I'm going to try and catch up in small chunks so Woodlands Charm in the 17;05 at Windsor is the nap.
JD, I apologise for querying your claimed SP for Nashwa last night. As explained on Sunday's thread my source was the far from impeccable (i.e. peccable) ATR website. And in characteristic slapdash fashion they got it wrong. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.
@Harrytheactor Not a problem Harry, I thought maybe the UK Bookies were offering 7/4 and maybe that counted rather than the local PM odds. I assume local odds for all races applies and not UK betting prices on them Foreign races. I reckon some good odds out there for Harness Racing at Bergen.
However, I still can't forgive your Uncle for giving me a lifetime fear of sand.
Congratulations to all those 3 Plucky Winners yesterday.
Keep it up but your short odds winners don't alarm me one bit.
I could be wrong but I thought there was a 4th winner as I forensically examine my competitors and one must have had the dignity not to remind Joe his/her nap won but to retire from the June Competition.
Some people must build their Holidays around attending Ballinrobe today or Sligo tomorrow. I never quite did it.
I am going for Talbot in the 18.45 at Ballinrobe.
