Two Friday winners - well done. David's on a hot streak with 4 winning naps in 5 days.
If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.

What do you make of this carry on with Gosden and Frankie? Everyone and his dog seems to venerate Gosden, but he's shown himself cowardly and spiteful in this public attempt at humiliation of his jockey, yet hasn't the balls to tell him straight what he thinks, with Frankie's agent saying he didn't even return Frankie's call this morning. It reminds me of the lily livered way Nicholls tried to do the same to rid himself of Sam Thomas. WTF is wrong with these big 'tough guy' trainers?
I'll try Digital in 6.35N
The Mouse King 7.00 Newmarket.
6.35 Newcastle - Stone of Destiny
Life’s A Beach - 19.00 Newmarket
Battle of Toro in the last at Cartmel(5.20) for the nap - nice CD win a few weeks back.
Calliope 16:47 Cartmel
Theres a lot more to this that might just come out,but Gosdens no fool . Dedication and a work ethic counts and when that wanes your on the pitch performances leave you open to criticism. People jumping on the nasty big trainer bandwagon need to take a big pull. Why is it that straight talking upsets people these days so much. You are asked a question, you answer it directly and to the point ,not like a political being.
If you do your own thing, against advice , take the piss whilst others go the extra mile to be super fit ,then are sharper ,stronger and outride you what do you expect if you fuck up ,flowers ?
After the fuck up ,its best to put your hands up and not push the blame elsewhere when asked because the shit then hits the fan and back it comes at you in lumps,in public . Take that . The press have jumped on it and the public sheep follow without knowing the shepherd or his flock.
Theres nothing nasty or cowardly about Gosden, believe me. Or Nicholls come to that ,they are both good employers and good blokes.
Both have long serving dedicated loyal staff who work as hard as the boss does and no one is backward in coming forward when someone doesnt. That's why they are at the top ,and they stay at the top because they are tough enough to deal with things equally as tough.Thats pro sport . Not the playground .
I've been disappointed with Gosden who if i'm honest i've always rather liked. It wasn't Frankies best week - whether Strad would have won if kept near front we'll never know but when he went back in field no way in world he was getting let back out - fair enough.
Still, it hardly detracts from all his successes!
i Saw Sam TD won for his dad a few days ago beating a Nichols horse into second and thought "he must have loved that".
Racing is a cut throat game and if a Jockey isnt felt to be doing his best or something then a trainer has every right to move on but there are ways and means.
Miss Cunning. Curragh 7.53. Ew nap.
Mah mate Bob 3.40Ca. On the face of it, seems a bit spineless & not gosden's style but who knows...the truth can be hard to get a grip on in any fallout/breakdown- I've had enough of em!
National Gallery - 18.08 Curragh
Roundhay Park 6.50 Chester is todays nap, well done with yesterdays winner David.
Jose Mourinho has only a shelf life in any Club because he starts publicly criticising say the Left Back and the Dressing Room turns against him.
The criticism of Dettori must resonate down through the Stable.
Why does Gosden seem to be the only Trainer who likes to give Feedback to a critical Team Member 10 minutes after the failure to win a Prize live on air?
Arrogance, I would surmise.
In fact he might be the only person in the known Universe who decides this is the best vehicle for constructive feedback live on air.
I am building a Ballydoyle coupon today at the Curragh who surprisingly seem to be in good form.
The Ballydoyle second string in the 17.35. is a Full Sibling to Churchill and Clemmie and in a twenty runner field is only being asked to learn.
I am taking Dower House to learn on the job and get placed so she is my e.w. nap.
Cowardly from Gosden, if reports are true. No way to treat one of the all time great jockeys. A jockey who has made mistakes recently. No doubt about that.
Ups + downs though. Looking for scapegoats is futile. Ryan Moore has had tough times in recent seasons. Ballydoyle stood by him..
Think JG is frustrated that Appleby + Haggas are overtaking him at the moment.
Tough. You haven't got the ammo. You just get on with it.
