I’m no expert on compilation of the racing calendar but Sandown, York & Goodwood all on the same day, with an Aintree meeting thrown in for good measure….!
Clapton Hill in the 17.15 at Aintree is today’s selection.
Pretty sure that Goodwood and Fontwell Park are only a few miles from each other. Maybe a different audience, but I suspect a number of peolpe are members of both racecourses.
I see that I've missed the value with this one - opened up at 9/2 in most places, but now no bigger than 7/2. Hopefully the big money is already down and she might drift out a point closer to the off. This filly wouldn't have been in love with the ground when fnishing a decent 3rd behind Savethelastdance and she was most impressive on a slightly better surface last time.

Sheer stupity of the whip rule changes and pandering really showing up now with the latest batch of jockey bans. 40 plus days for one rider .
