Is there a problem with today, Saturday's Naps page? I posted a NAP (Nurburgring, 3.35 Navan) but it's not showing at all.........5 comments showing but 26 comments show as the number of quotes.....Not that I'll win but, just curious.........
Slightly frustrating day for me; nap poor, then Vafortino ahead one stride before the line, 2nd in a photo, then Kihavah 2nd and Remarquee 2nd... At least I had Swingalong in a double with Nostrum to cover today's bets.
As they say - "tomorrow is another day" (in a Georgia twang)
Matnookh and Mnawekh both ran in the same colours in the Newmarket 4.10. Which was which? Who the hell cares? There's no danger of them building up a fan club on social media.
Uggy was all over social media yesterday and the Morning Line team have picked it up and he " might" be on the show tomorrow. He's got bit of a fan club building up.
If you want to go I can sort badges for you . Race came to soon ,cuts have taken longer to heal and Songo is so well handicapped he will take some stopping . Uggy now on 104 so more options available.
My mother's been a bit under the weather, but getting better this week after antibiotics - so I think it'll be a trip out for coffee and cake on Monday, rather than the races :)
Jonathan, fellow member of the Uggy syndicate here. Thanks for putting up the vid.
Funny that such a tough bugger turns out to be a softie. :)
Might be on ITV racing on Saturday's 'Home Schooling' feature.
I was there at Stratford when he won. Great to meet Kirsten (breeder) & Megan (daughter who has done a lot of road work with him) as well as MF staff , especially Beth who looks after him.
Quite a few tracker horses running this afternoon, but all at very skinny odds. This fella was beaten the last twice by a couple of ready improvers who might end up running in races like the Cambridgeshire. It doesn't look as though there's anything up to that level in this contest.
Must be at an all time low on here. Maybe I should just stick to cheese selections. To help others, avoid Doddsy's in the 1st 2 at York, sadly for Sav below I've backed his and my other blow out today is
Difficult to find fromage for you today. How about A La Francaise (York 5.30)? A nice runny Chaource on warm baguette with a glass of cold cloudy Normandy cider.
On car Journeys with my Son when he was reading the 'Barry Loser' Book series he would cite ad nauseum all the expressions the Characters expressed when one of their gang broke wind; "who sneezed backwards?" Who released the brown bomber?"
"Who cut the cheese?"
This killed hours of boring journey time.
I am not casting aspersions on your own napping this month and you are own Judge but my own naps have the whiff of someone who has just cut the cheese.

4-timer for Kevin Stott today, and a good priced double for Tim Easterby and Sean Kirrane in the last 2 at York.
