Naps Table Update
Winners today from Rob J - Thunder Rock 5/6: Craig - Round The Buoy 4/1, and Luke H Fairlawn Flyer 7/2. Nice work, gents; well done.
If I've left anyone out, I apologise; please leave a message on this thread and I'll update.
With Bet365 NRNB on every race at Cheltenham now, plus best odds guaranteed, I think there's plenty of potential value to be found. The prices are all pretty much what you will get on the day assuming nothing much changes, but something will change, that's almost a cert. At least one of the big guns will miss the festival, possibly more (going on past years). If you've backed it with Bet365 you will get your money back. If you've bet something else at a decent price, there'll be no penalty. I believe this is an excellent opportunity, especially for EW punters.
NB, I am travelling Tomorrow and will be away all weekend. It shouldn't affect me posting and updating, but if anyone is keen to get their nap online before I open the thread, just open it yourself by creating a new post in this Daily Naps section. Put the day and date, and I will add the update when I log in. BTW, you can do this on any day, not just over this weekend.
Good luck all
Joe
Fantastic Lady obliged at 7/4.
Jungle Jack obliged at 10/11, but the heart was truly warmed by Yorkshire’s old campaigner Lord Glitters.
A late post.
Sondheim. 19.00. Dundalk.
Died last month. The man not the Horse.
Although it would be just typical of me to nap a Horse who died last month.
Fantastic. Fantastic Lady put in a lovely round of jumping to win the3.05 at Bangor. 7 to 4. One for the tracker - especially if NH keeps Jonjo on it rather than Nico...
Fantastic Lady - 15.05 Bangor (nap)
In what Timeform describes as a really poor contest my nap is Glorious Charmer in the 16:25 at Southwell.
NAP Double Shuffle 4.05 Kempton...........................you never know!
A lot of tempters today, which hasn't got off to a good start as I was on Lime Drop. Seem to be quite a number of fancied from trainers sending one horse. So, to try and score big
Nap Kemp 1530 Hazard Collonges
could be after the Lord Mayors Show but on yesterday's evidence the stable is 'literally on fire'!
Rushed day, eye-catching names and that's the extent of the thinking. Godot, 16:37 Kempton. Last race of the card, but could be worth the waiting.
Nap 3.30 Kempton - Hazard Collonges
What A Glance 3.30
I should have posted this last night. There’s a cash point runner in the 12.05 at Cagnes - Marianafoot opened at 4/9.
Brazen Arrow -12.30 Southwell is the nap today.
Already been picked, but I'll stick with my first choice: Behindthelines 2.30 Bangor
Re. ante-post. What puts me off each-way betting at the moment is the standard terms. On the day, there are invariably 1,2 or 3 more places available. It's a difficult call, imho.
A second yesterdy from my nap to the The unit which was the danger in the race and could have been the nap...... Wasn't a bad race tho.Today i'll try Fantastic Lady at
Bangor 3.05.
A fairly uninspiring day, I'll take Blackcurrant 1300 Southwell (2/1 ish).
Ballybeen in the last at Bangor
Llantara is the nap, well done yesterdays winners.
Kayfast warrior nap (Bangor, 15:40)
