Congratulations to Gforce, who wins the August competition, despite valiant opposition in the shape of Luke and David. All three got a profit, the first time I recall this happening. Very well done Gentlemen. Gforce, your certificate will be ready soon!

Croupier won at 11-1.
September is already a better month than August
Croupier, gets the month off nicely.
Well done GForce.
The nap today is Croupier - 18.00 Windsor
Well done to GGForce for an excellent month’s work, plus honourable mentions to David (15 winners from 31 selections is great going) and Luke, who played a blinder in third.
Personally I’m pleased to see the back of August. I’ve given myself a good talking to this morning and resolved to do much better over the next 30 days!
Congrats Gforce.
Superb strike rate David !

Sixfiveseven worked very well yesterday ,above expectations in his first serious bit with 3 others on the grass gallops at Chantilly Tim reports.
He has 3 runners at Longchamp today ,2 are in the same race ,both should be thereabouts he thinks ,the other is having his first run in what looks on paper a hot maiden but is well thought of.
We have purchased a yearling colt who is bred to be an early 2 yo ,he will be going into training with Dave Evan's to try to win the Brocklesby ( why not ,if your not in,you wont win will you )
Hes an early March foal by Cable Bay,well grown with hell of a back end on him and a really good mover so is ideally bred for that race.
We also have a really well bred yearling by French Navy from a classic winning family who has been cut and is turned out down here on the stud to grow on,like Sixfiveseven hes more of a later 2yo type as hes bred to get 12f plus and will be going to Tim probably as well.
More info to follow on costs etc.
Happy with 6 of my selections winning in last 7 days, having missed half the month away...however, I reckon Luke comfortably got 3rd followed by Jonathan, pushing me into 5th...well done all anyway.
I'm enjoying the Racing League though apart from Sean Levey's run its not been that financially rewarding. I've no affinity with the Welsh and, say, usually side with the Irish when they play each other at rugby. This may have been borne of the old joke from the tv ad - come home to a real fire buy a 2nd home in Wales, but I'm on Chris Mason's side today. I like both of his though

who seems way too long.
Well played GForce a fine total, i'm happy with mine with 15 winners - id take that every month. I'll be jealous when i see your certificate...Thanks again Joe for organizing.
